What changes the price
- Size of the home and number of rooms
- Number of HVAC systems — two-story homes often have two
- Number of supply vents and returns
- How much buildup there is, from light dust to remodel debris
- Access to the attic, crawl space and furnace
- Add-ons such as sanitizing, dryer vent cleaning or repairs
Be careful with very low prices
Very low advertised prices sometimes cover only a few vents, or are followed by large add-on charges. Ask what's included: every supply and return run, the plenums and the blower area.
