No. We cover floors in the work areas, seal off vents we are not working on, and keep dust moving into our vacuum instead of into your rooms.

Cleaning removes dust, pet hair and debris that the system would otherwise keep moving around. Many customers notice less dust afterward. If allergies are severe, also change your filter on schedule and talk to your doctor.

The price depends on the size of the home, the number of HVAC systems and vents, and how much buildup there is. We inspect first and give you a clear quote before any work starts.

Moisture. Most often it is condensation from the air conditioner forming on cold metal, or a leak nearby. Over years it corrodes the boot.

Light rust can be cleaned and sealed. If the metal is rusted through or weak, replacing the boot is the better fix.

Rooms that never get comfortable, higher energy bills, whistling vents and dust that returns quickly are common signs. We inspect and show you with photos.

Yes. We replace torn, crushed or sagging flex duct runs with new insulated flex duct.

About once a year for most households. More often with daily laundry, a long vent run or a vent that exits through the roof.

Yes. Lint is flammable and a blocked vent traps heat. Clogged vents are a common cause of home dryer fires.

Not always. It helps most with musty smells, pet odors or after illness. Cleaning alone is enough for many homes.

We don't recommend it. Dust blocks the treatment from reaching the duct surface, so we clean first.

Have it inspected once a year if you use it, and swept when soot or creosote has built up. The Chimney Safety Institute of America recommends annual inspections.
